    For this class you will need some light dumbbells and a chair to act as your barre. This total body burner of a class fuses barre and sculpt moves to light up your entire body!

  • 20 MIN BARRE ARMS + ABS

    Experience the barre burn you know and love with this arms and abs focused class. For todays class you will need a pair of light dumbbells. I am working with 1.5kg in each hand but feel free to go slightly lighter or heavier depending on the intensity you are looking for.

  • 18 MIN BARRE SWEAT: LEGS

    Get ready to light up all 360 degrees of your legs with the lower body barre burn. Grab a resistance band to increase the intensity!

  • 22 MIN FULL BODY BARRE SCULPT W/WEIGHTS

    Get ready to feel that famous barre burn as we tone and sculpt the entire body. Grab yourself a chair to act as your barre and some light weights and lets do this!

  • 22 MIN NO STANDING GLUTES

    Get ready to set those glutes on fire with this no standing, no equipment booty burn class!

  • 24 MIN BARRE: FULL BODY BURNOUT

    We are going to tone and sculpt the entire body with just your body weight. We are going back to basics with some of our signature barre moves today. Grab your chair and get ready to feel that burn!

  • 25 MIN BARRE CORE & ARMS

    25 minute barre core and arms class! For this class I am using a pair of light weights but feel free to do this whole workout with just your body weight. Get ready to plank it out!
