20 MIN UPLIFTING UPPER BODY
In this 20 minute class you will work your biceps, triceps and shoulders. You will be using different sets of light weights to give you that extra burn 🔥 I recommend working with a set of 1kg dumbbells and set of 2kg dumbbells. However you can go lighter or heavier depending on your body.

Welcome to your barre sweat class 💦 This workout is all about the glutes! You can do this whole class just using your body weight, however I recommend using a resistance band for that extra burn!
