    Get ready to burn out your legs and glutes using a yoga block! Expect lots of pulses, lunges and squats 🔥
    I am currently pregnant whilst filming this class so it is pre/post natal friendly. However as always listen to your body and your dr with regards to your workouts x

  • 20 MIN UPLIFTING UPPER BODY

    In this 20 minute class you will work your biceps, triceps and shoulders. You will be using different sets of light weights to give you that extra burn 🔥 I recommend working with a set of 1kg dumbbells and set of 2kg dumbbells. However you can go lighter or heavier depending on your body.

    Welcome to your barre sweat class 💦 This workout is all about the glutes! You can do this whole class just using your body weight, however I recommend using a resistance band for that extra burn!

    Welcome to your quick Pilates arms class. This class is perfect for when you are short on time but still want to get a really good upper body workout in 💪 Grab some light weights and get ready to feel some fire in those arms!

    Welcome to your upper body tone class! In todays workout we are going to be working the biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders in just 15 minutes. All you will need is 1 dumbbell and a mat. Let’s do this 🔥

    Welcome to your full body barre workout! This class is going to challenge your balance and give you those classic barre shakes that we all love to feel, the perfect workout to tone and sculpt the entire body 🔥

    Relieve tension in tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders with this dreamy barre stretch. This class is perfect to add as your cool down or if you are looking for some gentle slow movement. All you need is a chair 🤍

    This class is all about the toning and sculpting the thighs! For this class we are using a resistance band, yoga block and chair but as always if you don’t have the equipment, don’t worry ☺️ See you on the mat x

    Welcome to your lower body barre class! For this class you will be using a wall, resistance band and a mat. We will be flowing through some of my favourite barre moves that get the legs shaking like crazy (in a good way) 🔥
