Get ready to target your entire body as we flow through this barre workout! You will need some light dumbbells and a Pilates mat. I am currently in my second trimester so this workout is pre and postnatal safe. However please make sure you have the go ahead to workout from your midwife/dr and listen to your body 🤍

20 MIN UPLIFTING UPPER BODY
In this 20 minute class you will work your biceps, triceps and shoulders. You will be using different sets of light weights to give you that extra burn 🔥 I recommend working with a set of 1kg dumbbells and set of 2kg dumbbells. However you can go lighter or heavier depending on your body.
