Welcome to your prenatal friendly lower body barre class. Of course you can still do this class even if you are not currently pregnant! ☺️ Join me in my second trimester as we open out the hips and fire up the thighs. For this class you will need a mat, resistance band and chair.
*Please make sure you have clearance from your midwife to workout. As always listen to your body as take rests when you need to*

10 MIN LOW IMPACT BARRE ARMS
Tone your upper body in just 10 minutes with this low impact barre class. You can use light dumbbells or wrist weights for more of a burn, but you’ll also feel the heat using just your body weight. You will be moving your arms the entire time to build strength and stamina.

8 MIN EXPRESS LOWER BODY SCULPT W/BALL
If you are stuck for time and what to feel that lower body burn then this class if for you 🔥 Perfect on its own, or you can add it to the end of another class as a finisher. For an extra challenge grab a small Pilates ball!

Burn out your arms in this fast and fiery 8 minute workout targeting your triceps. You will need a pair of light weights, I’m using 1.5kg in each hand.
