    During this 20 minute class we are going to sculpt and strengthen the upper body and glutes. You will need a pilates mat and a pair of light weights. Get ready to feel the burn!

    Get ready to get your sweat on and your heart rate up with this no equipment cardio barre workout! This class has a focus on the lower body, so be prepared to feel that booty burn.

    18 minute total body barre workout using a pair of light weights. Get ready to challenge your balance and stamina as we work each major muscle group to burn out!

  • 12 MIN SPICY UPPER BODY W/WEIGHTS

    12 minute spicy upper body class using some light weights. This barre class has a focus on biceps, triceps and shoulders. You are going to leave feeling SO strong!

  • 25 MIN FULL BODY SCULPT W/RESISTANCE BAND

    This 25 minute class is going to sculpt and tone your entire body! We are getting extra spicy today with the help of the resistance band so get ready to feel the burn. You will also need a chair and a pilates mat.

  • 12 MIN CORE + GLUTES W/PILATES BALL

    12 minute core and glutes class using a pilates ball to help you get that extra burn!

  • 17 MIN LOWER BODY BARRE

    Grab your chair to act as your barre and get ready to sculpt and tone your lower body! With simple movement and high repetition, you’ll work your legs until they are shaking. Prepare to feel good-sore the next day!

  • 15 MIN ABS + BOOTY SCULPT

    15 minute no equipment workout with a focus on glutes and core! This is a no standing class so make sure you have a pilates mat.

  • 16 MIN BARRE SWEAT W/BALL

    This 16 minute barre sweat class is going to challenge your stamina and your mind, as we target your lower body with the help of a pilates ball for that extra burn!
