Welcome to day 1 of the challenge! We are kicking it off with a full body sculpt 🔥 For this workout you will need a resistance band but as always if you don’t have one you can still do this whole workout just using your body weight. Get ready to feel the burn, lets do this!

25 MIN LOWER BODY BARRE W/BALL
This lower body barre workout targets your glutes, quads and hamstrings. You will need a chair to act as your barre and a ball or cushion to give you that extra burn 🔥

20 MIN INNER THIGH SCULPT
This lower body Pilates workout has a focus on sculpting and toning your inner thighs. You can do this workout with no equipment but if you want an extra burn add on some ankle weights 🔥

28 MIN FULL BODY SCULPT W/WEIGHTS
You’ll leave this class feeling empowered and connected with your entire body. The added light weights will challenge the stability of your core, upper body and glutes. Get ready to feel the burn 🔥

25 MIN GLUTES + CORE W/PILATES BALL
Get ready to sculpt and strengthen your lower body and core in this 25 minute workout 🔥 For this workout you will need a small Pilates ball, however you can still do this whole workout without one.

22 MIN FULL BODY BARRE SCULPT W/WEIGHTS + BALL
Get ready for a full body sculpt barre inspired workout 🔥 We will be using some light dumbbells 1.5kg in each hand and a Pilates ball for an extra burn but feel free to do this workout using just your body weight. No weights? Use cans of food or water bottles instead!

20 MIN LOWER BODY BURN NO EQUIPMENT
Get ready to feel the burn in this lower body class 🔥 no equipment needed as we are just using our body weight, however you could add some ankle weights to make it slightly more intense!

30 MIN FULL BODY BARRE SCULPT W/WEIGHT + CHAIR
For this class you will need a chair to act as your barre and one dumbbell. This workout is going to sculpt the entire body as we work our way through our favourite barre moves 🔥

Welcome to day 4 of the challenge! Todays class is a full body sculpt using just one weight 🔥

This class is all about the glutes! You’ll focus on all the muscles in your booty - your glute max, min and med. For this workout you can add some optional ankle weights for some extra spice 🔥
