    Welcome to your express glute workout! No equipment needed but you could add some ankle weights for an extra burn 🔥
    This is perfect class if you are stuck for time or for adding onto the end of another workout. Suitable for beginners and pre + postnatal too.

  • 7 MIN EXPRESS UPPER BODY SCULPT W/RESISTANCE BAND

    Grab a resistance band and get ready to sculpt and strengthen the upper body. This express class is perfect if you are short on time or are looking for an extra burn to add onto the end of your classes 🔥

  • 7 MIN EXPRESS UPPER BODY

    A great class to add to the end of your workout or if 7 minutes is all you are feeling today that’s completely fine! Grab your hand weights and get ready to feel that upper body burn 🔥

  • 10 MIN EXPRESS SCULPTED SHOULDERS

    Welcome to your express sculpted shoulders class! This class is for all levels but I recommend using a Pilates ball and some wrist weights for and extra burn 🔥 Enjoy x

  • 5 MIN EXPRESS OBLIQUES

    Ready to feel that oblique burn in just 5 minutes? If you’re short for time then this is going to be perfect for you! It’s also a great class to add at the end of your workout 🤍

  • 12 MIN EXPRESS UPPER BACK W/WEIGHTS

    Your back can be hard to target but you’ll activate the upper portion in this express barre class. Using medium and light weights if you have them. Get ready for dumbbell rows and reverse flys as we work your traps and spinal muscles.

  • 8 MIN EXPRESS LOWER BODY SCULPT W/BALL

    If you are stuck for time and what to feel that lower body burn then this class if for you 🔥 Perfect on its own, or you can add it to the end of another class as a finisher. For an extra challenge grab a small Pilates ball!

  • 10 MIN SCULPTED BARRE ARMS

    This express workout focuses on toning and sculpting the upper body. You can do this workout sitting or standing, however you feel most comfortable. Grab some lights weights and let’s do this!

  • 8 MIN SPICY TRICEPS

    Burn out your arms in this fast and fiery 8 minute workout targeting your triceps. You will need a pair of light weights, I’m using 1.5kg in each hand.

  • 10 MIN GLUTES ON FIRE

    Give your glutes some love with this 10 minute barre workout. You’ll strengthen and sculpt the booty to the point of fatigue, keep going and don’t give up! This class uses some optional ankle weights but you can go with just your body weight if you prefer.

  • 12 MIN EXPRESS FULL BODY

    12 minute full body pilates sculpt with some optional ankle weights. If you are stuck for time this one is going to be perfect for you. With a focus on triceps, glutes and core strength get ready to feel the burn!

  • 11 MIN LOWER BODY BARRE SCULPT

    This 11 minute barre workout will sculpt and strengthen your lower body. Grab a chair to act as your barre and lets do this…be prepared for the shakes!

  • 10 MIN LOW IMPACT BARRE ARMS

    Tone your upper body in just 10 minutes with this low impact barre class. You can use light dumbbells or wrist weights for more of a burn, but you’ll also feel the heat using just your body weight. You will be moving your arms the entire time to build strength and stamina.

  • 10 MIN STANDING OBLIQUES W/WEIGHTS

    Join me for a 10 minute standing obliques class using some optional hand weights. Get ready to challenge your balance and target those deep core muscles!
