    In this 20 minute class you will work your biceps, triceps and shoulders. You will be using different sets of light weights to give you that extra burn 🔥 I recommend working with a set of 1kg dumbbells and set of 2kg dumbbells. However you can go lighter or heavier depending on your body.

    Welcome to your quick Pilates arms class. This class is perfect for when you are short on time but still want to get a really good upper body workout in 💪 Grab some light weights and get ready to feel some fire in those arms!

  • 15 MIN UPPER BODY TONE UP

    Welcome to your upper body tone class! In todays workout we are going to be working the biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders in just 15 minutes. All you will need is 1 dumbbell and a mat. Let’s do this 🔥

  • 7 MIN EXPRESS UPPER BODY SCULPT W/RESISTANCE BAND

    Grab a resistance band and get ready to sculpt and strengthen the upper body. This express class is perfect if you are short on time or are looking for an extra burn to add onto the end of your classes 🔥

  • 18 MIN UPPER BODY SCULPT W/DUMBBELL

    Welcome to your upper body sculpt class! For this workout you will need a dumbbell (or a can of beans) Be prepared for some side planks 🔥

  • 7 MIN EXPRESS UPPER BODY

    A great class to add to the end of your workout or if 7 minutes is all you are feeling today that’s completely fine! Grab your hand weights and get ready to feel that upper body burn 🔥

  • 10 MIN EXPRESS SCULPTED SHOULDERS

    Welcome to your express sculpted shoulders class! This class is for all levels but I recommend using a Pilates ball and some wrist weights for and extra burn 🔥 Enjoy x

  • 12 MIN EXPRESS UPPER BACK W/WEIGHTS

    Your back can be hard to target but you’ll activate the upper portion in this express barre class. Using medium and light weights if you have them. Get ready for dumbbell rows and reverse flys as we work your traps and spinal muscles.

  • 22 MINS SCULPTED ARMS + ABS W/BALL + WEIGHTS

    This class is designed to sculpt you long lean arms whilst strengthening your core. Optional Pilates ball to challenge your stability and wrist weights for an extra burn 🔥

  • 10 MIN SCULPTED BARRE ARMS

    This express workout focuses on toning and sculpting the upper body. You can do this workout sitting or standing, however you feel most comfortable. Grab some lights weights and let’s do this!

  • 8 MIN SPICY TRICEPS

    Burn out your arms in this fast and fiery 8 minute workout targeting your triceps. You will need a pair of light weights, I’m using 1.5kg in each hand.

  • 10 MIN LOW IMPACT BARRE ARMS

    Tone your upper body in just 10 minutes with this low impact barre class. You can use light dumbbells or wrist weights for more of a burn, but you’ll also feel the heat using just your body weight. You will be moving your arms the entire time to build strength and stamina.

  • 20 MIN UPPER BODY BURN

    20 minute upper body sculpt class! For this class you will need a pair of light weights and your pilates mat. Work you way through every inch of your upper body, exhausting one muscle group at a time.
